Well atleast the win 10 updates are saving somebody

Well I guess that for the other games the bottle neck is the GPU but for Unreal Tournament the CPU is the limiting factor. So when you improve the CPU efficiency it won't affect games that are only limited by the GPU.

@darkfire000 yeah I think Microsoft made a statement that it will no longer provide updates for win 7,8,8.1 on the processors like 7th gen intel, new ryzen amd CPU's and Qualcomm's some processors.
Well they were surely working very hard for these processors then for win 10 support then.
