Costs about $100 and make it a LLC to protect yourself from any liability.

@sariel for fintechs apart from making a company you also need to get regulated and meet a bunch of financial standards
And it's never "just make a company" you also do a bunch of company admin stuff like declaring taxes and stuff
But more importantly should we expect all researchers who do open source stuff for the good of the community to make companies?

Someone should come up with a decentralised currency so we don't need to rely on the banks. Perhaps it could be generated using computing power or something like that?

In order for a fintech to become regulated by open banking they need to create an API integration for the bank API
Banks don't expose their sandboxes until the fintech becomes regulated
