Disconnect from everything that you're thinking of for a moment. Step away from your computer, and dump all of your thoughts out for about five minutes.
In better terms: clear your cache. Your devices need it, and you need it too. Bonus points if you give your eyes a stretch and look outside your window.

    I call it "sleeping during useless Zoom meetings". after I've got some Bluetooth earplugs it goes sooooo easy. and invigorating.
