Never plan every day CRON job between 2 AM and 3 AM.

    Thats why you always use UTC on your servers and backend systems, if you need to display a time to a user you can convert to whatever timezone is relevant at that point.

    @lumy Europe just switched to summer time / DST (as we do every year) and the local times jumped from 01:59:59.999 to 03:00:00.000. (countries in other parts of the world may also have switched recently)

    any cron jobs scheduled between 2 and 3 am on a server using the local timezone never ran that day.
