I really want to learn more about management, I'm probably wrong but managers don't seem to do much themselves. Want to deliver something? Tell teammates to pick up their slack and sit back and relax, don't give promotions or give low reviews until they improve. They don't even own the product or want to assist in scoping, I really don't understand what they're paid so much for, 1:1s can't be that important right? Even in 1:1s it's the Dev or whoever's responsibility to set the agenda to talk about
