Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with turing.com?

Seems a little suspect, requires you to install monitoring software on your device, not an appealing practice...

@atheist What? That's news to me. Maybe that's their mobile version. I only see a site that lets you apply to US jobs, but it seems a little too good to be true (also indian ceo is always sus)

@nitnip their bit about "Automated On-The-Job Quality Control" made me suspicious. Then a bit of googling led me to this:
    https://quora.com/Has-anyone-tried-...
Where one person explicitly says you've got to install monitoring software, but it's "not a big security concern, you can always just buy a second laptop", which is questionable. Then a reddit thread of people complaining...

And any reddit thread where a rep encourages you to DM them instead of posting and having a public dialogue makes my skin crawl. But that might just be me.

The quora thread is quite an eye opener. The people who are shilling for Turing are way too transparent.
