recruiter called me about a web design position and wanted to meet to talk to me about it more, wouldn't tell me any more info. smelled fishy but I showed up for the meeting.

I was the only one who showed up.

    @abhiank nobody showed up. I drove 30 minutes to a Starbucks and it was empty, I waited 30 minutes and left.

    @g-m-f good idea, ive been going solid with the same company for about to be 4 years now but if i ever leave I'll do that

    @abhiank I don't know if they just found someone else and neglected to tell me, or if they forgot, or something else. either way biggest waste of my time

    @abhiank yeah, that's kind of how I felt, I was given no information which is very atypical from most recruiters I've dealt with.
