They should be held accountable. Did a lot of work with Mumbai and Jaipur in the past. Ups and downs. Have to be crystal clear with instructions. Often you mY bear 'yes' to everything. Learned that in a course my company gave.

I've found that the best policy is to literally be up front with exactly what you expect every-single-time even if you really SHOULDN'T have to because no matter what the shit always rolls downhill 🙄

It took my PM nine months just to ask for access to the production site....

That's nine months of testing I thought the PM was doing.....

our QA process is me telling the PM I'm done it's ready to look at, he tells me "I trust you" and emails the client it's done.
