Windows is a god damn abomination of a OS. Fucking let me download that one game from the shitty developers that add EAC for no reason. Fucking stop hogging every resource and let steam work. Fucking stop crashing like wtf how is this considered stable. Stop fucking downloading updates. You amount to nothing than playing games made by cunts. There is no valuable information on this system and I have no problems nuking it all.

Holy fuck thanks to that update I literally can't open os settings. How fucking incompetent do you have to be. What a fucking joke.

Holy fuck, that's infuriating. With linux you know you fucked up, but here microsoft just fucks up everything for you, steals your data and makes a profit of it. And people wonder why I don't use dual boot... I don't want whatever the fuck microsoft is doing running directly on my hardware

What pisses me off most is when you download a security update and it adds bloatware like that stupid weather/news icon at the bottom. Or does something like re enable cortana, deletes my files thinking it's a virus without telling me it deleted or quarantined and there's no evidence of it since their logging system is trash.

Amen to all of the above. All reasons why I left that bullshit Software behind...

@Hazarth I wish I could. I have to use it for work.

Lol always curious what happened in these cases.

Did you attempt to update a prehistoric win10 release to the most current one?

In any case: which release to which?

What is your hardware configuration? If you want to tell us.. but that'd really help similar victims

List things like WLAN and lan adapters, graphics, chipset and Sata controllers

@n00p I’m curious why. Do you develop Windows apps?

@Lensflare I work at a place that uses sql server databases, SSIS packages for data import jobs, and develops .NET applications (I don't have as big of a problem with .NET though)

@jaylord windows crashed and was doing updates in the background. Both against my will. I think this is pretty much hardware antagonistic.

Might have been on me. I've set the bar too high for windows and assumed you can get shit done while it's updating.

Okay! Fair enough. What did winver say?

Where can I find these windows installs that have all these problems? I'm bored of my working 10 and 11 PCs.
