nitnip18143yIf it does not get better by Month (6 - 2):
- Start looking for another job.
- Tell any interested recruiters you will be available by the start of Month (6 + 1) or Month (6 + 2) if you want a break.
- Put in your notice sometime in Month (6), making it clear you will work until the end of Month (6).
Repeat above steps after 6 months. (If things don't get better by month (6*2 - 2 = 10).....) -
@zlice @nitnip yes, it doesn't get better. It's been 6 months and it gets worse for my sanity.

nitnip18143y@rantsauce If you've got some savings, give your notice with reasonable time (2-4 weeks), work 'til end of month, look for another job in the meantime.

TheEnd7033yYou’re going to find an amateur hour clown show in any organization you work, maybe there is another team in the company that has an opportunity for you where things aren’t so bad? The hope of getting onto one of the better teams is what’s kept me at my job for 4 years - that being said, those 4 years have taken about 8 years of my soul so there’s that.
What would you do if you started a new job and found out it's a complete clown show?
