nitnip17403yIf it does not get better by Month (6 - 2):
- Start looking for another job.
- Tell any interested recruiters you will be available by the start of Month (6 + 1) or Month (6 + 2) if you want a break.
- Put in your notice sometime in Month (6), making it clear you will work until the end of Month (6).
Repeat above steps after 6 months. (If things don't get better by month (6*2 - 2 = 10).....) -
@zlice @nitnip yes, it doesn't get better. It's been 6 months and it gets worse for my sanity.

nitnip17403y@rantsauce If you've got some savings, give your notice with reasonable time (2-4 weeks), work 'til end of month, look for another job in the meantime.
What would you do if you started a new job and found out it's a complete clown show?
