So you want a junior developer who has at least 3-5 years of experience? Am I the only one who can't figure out why a developer would still be at a junior level after 5 years?

    If they have failed to get sufficient experience and knowledge in that time... Perhaps they are useless or just don't have the drive to improve themselves

    @leandk thats part of the reason where i work started taking juniors on. Just needed people to type code, the juniors don't get the big or complex projects

    @burtybob that's true however it's rather difficult to still be a junior after 4 years that is why I don't get these job postings...
