    That's why I challenged myself to only eat self-made (as in no stuff from the freezer or microwave), vegetarian food for 6 weeks.
    Am currently in week 3 and feel a ton less sluggish.

    @vringar Yeah I've mastered the healthy eating part reasonably well... but feel like 2.5k kCal doesn't line up with the 14 hours I spend on a desk chair.

    Dieting is simple, training to be fit and strong takes much more effort.
