You could start applying antiperspirant on your hands before bed and let it soak in overnight to prevent the sweating.

Well, you can still abuse, but also cut down on the meth...But if that's not an option, could always turn the temperature down? Wear latex gloves? Purchase robotic hands? Edit: or tools like plyers?
