Cyanite85578yI drink it all day instead of tea or soda. And yes, even a cup or two right before bed.

I didn't use to drink coffee at all. Then I got a software engineering internship. Now my productivity is great, and my poops are regular, but I can't get any sleep :c Thanks coffee!!

It probably won't hurt you. Coffee is the best invention ever. Just watch out for acid erosion on your teeth. I think that's the only real risk.

chaz0421358yMy pillow seems to have the power to take away any benefits from coffee or energy drinks.

@magicMirror ah yeah I suppose. Probably bad for people with heart conditions too but ya know, it's probably fine for most.

vringar16638y@ninjatini @magicMirror does that mean that since I get heart racing after drinking a cup of coffee, I might have a heart problem?
Thanks for making me check up with a doctor. -
GreenHat1258yMedical Fun-Fact: Coffee has been used for a long time as an aid to get some sleep, as the stimulating effect really starts around half an hour after consumption, so if you managed to get to sleep withing that half an hour, you would get some pretty good sleep

If it really bothers you, you could try resetting your coffee-tolerance. Just either stop drinking coffee for a week because you like to suffer or gradually turn down your consumption to almost nothing (like half a cup a day) over the course of 1-2 weeks. Then just increase it a little until you feel awake 'enough'. That's what google told me when I was anxious of tolerance before trying coffee
I'm too addicted and used to coffee...Like I can literally drink it right before going to sleep and I'll get a pretty good one. How bad is this? :|
