asgs109123yTell them your notice period is 60 days and do your regular work at your current company -
@asgs but accepting an offer means i will be there for them after 60 days! will they be there for me after 60 days? coz after 60 days i will be either jobless or with a new company

and btw if karma is real, am totally a person who can get fucked by karma like this... coz i declined a company's offer in 15 days after accepting it... they were expecting me in 30 days after giving the offer and gave me just 24 hours to accept the offer. so i did accept but i was in interviews with another company who gave a better offer at the end

asgs109123y@dotenvironment Karma is real and you did something you regret and fear it might strike back
But Employers withdrawing their offer just because you joined after your well-communicated notice period is not common

so what will you do if a company is offering you a job and you have a 60 day notice period? (assuming that the said company hasn't asked this question before/during the interview process)
seeing the current market situation, it seems very risky since the new company is obviously going to keep searching for backup devs who might show up before your joining date.
meanwhile it will be very awkward for you to work during your notice period since 60 days is almost a financial quarter and you are the notice period guy, so you might end with non important tasks
what will you do?
