Just for fun, during meetings I look up “toxic workplace checklist” (and variants) and then score my employer.

So far they’ve scored 80% and higher on all lists except one.

Now that I’ve decided to leave, none of it bothers me anymore. It’s so freeing.

But meh, she’s being awful. Either that stops or I switch teams — while still looking for work because I’m not staying. But I won’t tell them that.
