Am I the only one who thinks bots are the stupidest idea ever?

Cause you know... Customer support chats have been around for a while and are ~so~ awesome.

Do a little more research before you decide. There so much beyond customer support. The term Bot is probably being used in a different context than you're thinking.

Its just integrated /commands that provide insight it or do things for you in an automated fashion. Its not about having a conversational bot.
