Fellow Devs, what experiences have you had with firebase?

I've only used it for one app but my experience is that it is very simple and easy to get started with. I would recommend you try it.

easy to start, lots of cookies out of the box. but once you try to complicate ur life a bit.. you are fucked by a 20inch dick up ur ass and you cant let go because you know 4/5 of the path was already made and you are willing to forget about the pain, thinking about simpler times being on the beach... its fine for home projects not ready for big complicated production stuff. writing an optimized db structure consist of duplicating yourself and as a guy that loves order logic and clean code that is a big australian spider in my room

Super easy to set up and keep going but admittedly restricts you quite a bit in comparison to right a RESTful API.
