Making a personal website for prospective employers to see my resume and code. I am currently a sophomore computer science student. What got you guys/gals hired?

    Regular resume and interview. Without any fancy portfolios or something like that.

    Go into the interview with an attitude that tells them you want to learn. Present any personal projects in a way that demonstrates progress and be able to explain why. If a company is hiring a junior developer that's what they want. They know they have little or no experience so they are looking for desire to learn and evidence that you do so well.
