When you have two managers and one of them is trying to screw you into a position on his team even though you have made it clear that you want nothing to do with that type of development.

Mostly .Net MVC, Windows Services, and console apps.

I also do some SharePoint (which I absolutely hate), a little PHP, and Drupal.

The manager that I don't want to work for is only SharePoint and crappy SharePoint at that mostly focusing on BS front end crap that doesn't require a real developer.
