Follow-up on my previous rant:
My "friend" recently removed all credit to me which is breaking the license of the graphics I made for him. I have given him 7 days before I will take legal action, hope the warning scares him into either not using the graphics or adding credit back.

Do you have this licensing agreement in written form?

Best would be of he signed an actual deal. Second best is explicit agreement in emails or chat messages. Worst case is a completely in-person agreement without any witnesses.

They are all valid Deals, but the less paper trail you have the harder it will be to prove in court.
