Yup. Nothing pisses me off more than:
Other dev: "hey I think I found a bug"
Me: "what is it?"
Other dev: --describes runtime behavior--
Me: "what troubleshooting have you done?"
Other dev: "..."
Me: "..."
Other dev: "could you just look into it?"
