    I can totally relate to this... been having insomnia for at least the last 10 years and could only ever sleep when I've exhausted my brain.

    @akiroz try downloading buddify2, some insomniacs got me started using it. The going g to sleep stuff totally works.

    @Silvus I have a hard time believing that something on a phone screen gets you to sleep. That it specifically what prevents sleep

    @SpencerBeige it's audio, not visual meditation. Insomniacs got me started using it. Seems to work like a champ for me most days. (There was an insomniac iama on Reddit with it suggested by multiple people)
