Howe much your dev env takes ?

(Fair warning, I use VS with open solution and SQl acess and Azure managment and "quick c# thing to do a thing like copy subtitles".

I still think it's a lot.

- 10+ projects in the file viewer

- 600+ line file open

- 5% CPU

- 1.2GB

Bloody hell that's a lot. I use intelij but as it doesn't go wild i don't have a clue (use it primarily for Go development). Will check out how much it uses tomorrow. Interesting to know as we will get Fleet from Jetbrains and want to compare.

too much. I can't open it all at once on my 16GRam lappy, not to mention running it there.

but it's better this way. Having it all in one project was too difficult to work with. Actually, it took me some 3-4 massive refactorings to get to the state it is in now. Now I'm happy with it.

In general I have opened at least 5 (sometimes 10) instances of vscode with different projects or microservice parts.

The rest of ram is taken by docker running instances and Google Chrome
