instant gradle build!

Instant anything build to be honest

I notice people complain about Gradle building taking long, I was wondering if it was because most people use Windows OS to do so, I have Android studio at work on the Mac and it builds within a couple seconds.

I'm just wondering is that the reason or is it maybe something else? (The Mac I use is very old, mid 2011 iMac)

I hope when I go to build apps on my windows computer I could somehow avoid the long wait but not make a hackintosh lol

@f03n1x it's because of windows, Java building on Windows is the slowest shit ever. That's why I started using a Linux Distro in dual boot for my dev needs.

@DRHAX34 ah I see, well I'll probably be doing the same then, seeing as though me using Windows makes my productivity plummet thanks to games that work on Windows (looking at you overwatch)
