I came down with the flu and it feels like my thoughts are swimming through jelly.

I'm used to high-bandwidth thinking and when it doesn't work I'm on the fence between being amazed that my brain works at all and can do all this stuff - something I don't normally notice because I'm too preoccupied with the results - and being annoyed that it takes time.
