@netikras It was my first time having to deal with it, so having to do all the add-exports and add-open stuff was a PITA (I'm sure it being an older codebase didn't help, but still). It just feels like they kind of ham-fisted a not generally bad idea into the JVM.

@fzammetti yeah... That's how I felt when I first had to deal with OSGi too. And then java adopted it as a good thing....
