Fuck you, you fucking fucks!

Brilliant idea #23 to deliver more features than can happen without a time machine.

Let's take the team, assume minimal support is required for the brand new thing you just built, split it into four teams with two of them run by Sr Devs who've never seen your app and work on four things in silos. That way, you'll deliver faster!

How did you even get you job?! You want to fucking wreck the team we worked so hard to build, convince the hot shots to leave, AND destroy the app the company is counting on because you're an incompetent fuck-tard!

Hey, fine! But you'll do it without me and I'll work daily to advertise what you did to the people above you that actually CARE about the fate of our company!

I have issues with this and I'm somewhere else. This has downstream impact to us because I knew the data you were producing would be correct and on time. Now I'm worried.

@bkwilliams one of three things will happen.
I'll be fired for not folding like a wet Kleenex and the team will be forced to abandon sound practices and will be blamed when it fails.
I'll be replaced for not being a yes man. Same result.
The planned meeting with Sr executives will result in "mentoring" of the guilty.

I'm a firm believer in managing up and I'm doing that in spades. Plus, I already have a job in the works. I just don't want to let my team down, get the other job, and watch them be ground into hamburger.

I doubt whoever decided to destroy "operation awesome" thought it through to that level.

Whoever wrote the HBR article for "new management must kick over all sandcastles to prove they are the right person for this position" needs their head on a pike.

@bkwilliams my problem is old management who refuses to learn. Their bosses are going to be informed.
