PLEASE tell me alternative to find a job as a dev and work remotely. I have to work for foreign international software company.

I cant be working for my local city companies because the salary even for engineers is TRASH

2. I get a reply but the recruiter drags it for over WEEKS to end up saying the job is no longer open

4. I get a reply from a fake account who sent me a .rar virus trojan
5. No one replies
