Anyone else here feels like they are working for a pointy haired boss?

I think Scott invented a character that behaves like a mix of every kind of incompetence you could find in a manager.

The reason I say this is because Scott is a trained hypnotist and is all about persuasion -- even in his comics as he's said in at least one of his blog posts.
