@happygimp0 power generator? Are you crazy? I bet the big boss uses free discord and free gitlab plan for his projects and is probably as cheap as he can get. I bet he doesnt even pay hourly but pays a fixed monthly rate.

Providing them with a power generator AND the diesel it needs would be fair. I mean he can benefit from that too. -
@happygimp0 he can benefit but u need to have in mind that he hires remotely for a reason. Its to find cheap labour ideally 1 guy doing a workload of 2-3 guys to save as much money as he can.
What u are talking about is normal remote fulltime employee based positions, Im talking about shitholes like this who exploit people on B2B contracts.
