i kinda hate my job, but i also enjoy my job. i hate that I'm overworked, i like being recognized for my competence. i hate the bosses, love my colleagues. i hate the shitty code i have to maintain, but i love making something better to substitute it.

If being recognized for your competence comes before the actual activities on the plus side, you might be in a job that doesn't actually match you. As you have things on the plus side, that job obviously still is a better match than what most of the population has though... So, gratulations i guess.
