Got a new macbook with the butterfly keyboard 3 weeks ago. Now the "i" key just stopped working... only use Vim... sigh

    5€ Cherry Keyboards can do it for years

    Ooo... my colleague bought one and had a key die in a couple of days too. Apple replaced it without question, but sounds like there's a design flaw there.

    1) append file that have i in it. cat file >> editing_file
    2) open editing_file, delete unnecessary text and copy character 'i' in some register ex. "ayw
    3) when u want to type, use 'a' or 'c'
    4) when u want to type 'i', just paste by register "ap
    (kidding..., buy or grab another keyboard mate xD)

    You're actually only screwed if q doesn't work anymore. Trapped in vim lel
