Received a call from client complaining about stupidity of google analytics. He could not get pass Terms and Conditions page. Saying "I agree" button is faded away and can not be clicked.

He just needed to scroll the page down.

What happened to people nowdays?

Sure, that's obvious if you've done it a few times but I remember the first time that happened to me. I was very confused. So I don't think you should blame your client.

If the client calls AGAIN to complain about the same thing, then you're allowed to call him an idiot!
