1- because some people doesn't want to pay for overpriced hw/sw just because of fashion apple logo
2- because some people prefer to use the OS, not the OS say what you can threating you like a stupid
3- because some people doens't belive urban legeneds like apple = innovation, revolution, no freeze, no crash, no virus (and similar), no security flaws, no updates, speed...
4- because some people prefer standards and not overpay to use their own overpriced accessories and standards
5- because some people prefer touchscreen and pen support over touch bar

6- because some people prefer to avoid adaptors
7- because some people prefer to snap 2/3/4 windows without 3rd party apps needed
8- because some people prefer to using multi monitor without headache
9- because some people prefer to close the laptop lid and use the external monitor in battery mode without the laptop goes in standby
10- because some people prefer maximize windows without totally full screen mode

bonus- because some people hate apple or prefer something else, and it's not a crime
