We almost never use tables.
Unordered lists and flexboxes are the key to success my friend.
Also, try getting into sass.

I almost never use tables either, although I don't use bootstrap either, I find Writing my own code easier

Bootstrap is pretty outdated, the alignment may be a flaw in your nesting ;)

Bootstrap is s great tool. But like all tools it’s down to the person using it.
