Same here... So counter-intuitive.

I've so far managed to garner access for nearly all our environments, bar one or two that I never work on. The trick I've found is to stand over them and talk then through what you would do. Either they think you're condescending and just want you to go away before so will make you an account, or they figure out you have a clue so will make you an account 🤣
