Am I the only backend Web developer with minimal knowledge of frontend? How can frontend be so hard.

Harder now than it used to be in my opinion.

Its not just CSS anymore.

frontend is easy, just ignore the 2millions js and css frameworks and you can do amazing stuff.

@superuser been there, done that. i soon realized im recreating from scratch things that angular or backbone offer. i need to be efficient at my job. thats why i use frameworks now. or you can go down the react way and assemble packages together. just one thing though: do not ever type npm update.
