japsel2927yIonic is pretty shit, I suggest not putting any time in Angular and moving on to React and React native for hybrid apps.
At first I thought Ionic was pretty cool, and it was! Buy only for really small projects. -
japsel2927yAnd to answer your question btw, Angular is a few years old. Its lastest version is called Angular 4:)

@japsel What kind of blocked me to learn Angular 2 is that i have to learn Typescript first and I feel like it s now useless with ES6 and Class so bc i do coding in my free time I didn't want to loose to much time with it...

japsel2927y@MrMargouillat IMO you should move on to React anyway😇 at my company we did a lot in angular1 but React just has such a good feel to it.

seifsg17y@MrMargouillat typescript still useful with the coming ecma
Very easy to learn if you come from a oop background
Is AngularJS out to date ?
I just finished my first app with Ionic v1 and it worked perfectly as if want to but during my researchs I found that all the posts about AngularJS are a few years old.
