The world would be a better place without service now. Would rather drag my balls over 63 miles of broken glass than ever develop anything on this platform again

    We use that awful platform for change management, incident management, and service requests. SN makes Remedy look good.

    What's so shitty in my opinion is that servicenow does so much to allow you to customize what theyve out of the box. then they proceed to get upset when they can't (don't want to) support your customizations, Which is compounded by the fact that the large enterprise you work for is paying a fuck ton for their support/patches/etc.

    @gutscdav000 welcome to devRant! Exactly, and I don't think we modded it, just set it up and set up the basics, or more correctly, their peeps set it up. It's slow, and not customizable by the end user. We have a team that is "addressing the issues," but it's still not a very good program.
