Drupal every time if you are a developer. Wordpress if it is a friend who thinks they can do it themselves.

Drupal if you're a developer who wants functionality and basically the ability to quickly scale up your features on your own by configuring and customizing data.

Wordpress if you want to do everything I mentioned above but you like opening your wallet and buying a shit ton of plugins while pulling your hair out and screaming, "Dear God! What have I done? Why can't you just do what I need? What does freemium mean? FML this plugin will do half of what it advertises for free, but you have to pay $15/mo for the rest of your life to do what it actually advertises?! Well shit! I'll just program it myself. Oh well that's nice. All the data is stored on giant serial arrays in blobs. Awesome! I love being broke and looking like I'm balding from nuclear fallout."

    I don't use Joomla.
