@rjcrystal , I've already have that redistributable. I think the windows update is trying to get into. and since my OS is not legit and my system now is going to be unstable. :(. Maybe I need reformat/new OS. tsk.
I'd like to try Php 7 through xampp but unfortunately, got some .dll problem. I think theres a need to backout and go for lower version and be productive. :3
