I want to have the abilities to code on a computer like an artist paints on a canvas or a writer tells a story on paper. But when I sit at my keyboard, I feel like I have writer's block and get frustrated -_-

Don't force it. When you have an idea you are excited about your keyboard will feel like an extension of yourself and you will be able to create art on your computer.
Finding an idea is easy if you look at the world as it can be.

and I've always found that sketching out wireframes and a flow chart, being as descriptive as possible, has been a big help to get the creative juices flowing.
