b2plane63951y@ZioCain i think we have the same salary as in serbia. What is your full salary with the 250 bonus and is it a junior or medior position?

ZioCain27111y@b2plane tbh, whatever tech stack is fine, maybe frontend gets you just that, but backend gets you more, like 2500€/m

b2plane63951y@ZioCain what if i do fullstack? In february i had an interview at a company for full stack and i asked 1500€. Is that too fucking much to ask for a FULLSTACK medior position? Instead They took the project i finished for 10 days for free and transfered github ownership to their company, and then low balled me wanting to pay and i quote "far beyond less than what you asked us and we think you wouldn't be happy if we told you"

ZioCain27111y@b2plane they saying bullshit or it was a startup.
Big companies pay what you're worth.
I strongly suggest AGAINST full stack since it's mostly a nightmare, but on LinkedIn you can find hundreds of job positions for that for about 1700-1800 medium level (which means you can do your stuff but not at the possible best) -
b2plane63951y@ZioCain ...they are the largest software company in my whole city, existing since 2008 with over 750 engineers
-
b2plane63951y@ZioCain why would i be paid less for doing full stack than doing just backend?
I'll prefer to do backend only in this case -
Switching job is risky right now. Save enough money (for next 3-6 months) as buffer to avoid any uncertain circumtances.
-
ZioCain27111y@b2plane that's a good plan! Stick to backend and get the guap for that.
Or look for a job in another country if that suits you, it's really your choice -
@ZioCain where would that be bro? I live in Arezzo and as middle dev, salaries are nowhere near that
After 1.5y in this company with literally 0 growth, I'm most likely about to change job and earn a bit more.
I'm switching from frontend development to XR development.
I already worked with it and I know it's gonna be bad, but I really need that extra money (about +250€/month
