    I literally have it 24/7 now and can't think about anything complicated. I don't know what to do about it.

    Is that what it's called?

    I suffered it for months with no way to do anything except on autopilot, putting the teabag into the milk then adding cold water etc..

    @virtual-reality

    Did you do anything to get rid of it?

    @craig939393 It seemed to fade when my exams were over. Intermittent.

    Since I read "brain frog", I guess I suffer from either brain frog or whatever you said

    Yes. I've found changing my diet helps. More greens, exercise and regular sleep.

    Helps your mental health by miles.

    Cut back on your caffiene if you can. Sacrilege, I know (and don't ask me how much I drink a day) but the brain gets used to you providing it and stops making related chemicals. Eventually it stops being a stimulant and becomes a requirement.

    Also try a CoQ10 supplement, particularly if you're on Lipitor or other statins.

    Yes I use to have it. Then I cut down on carbs and it disappeared. Too many carbs are not very good for you.

    In case it helps anyone else, I took some multi vitamins last night and this morning, then again this afternoon as well as a dissolvable b vitamin tablet. The kind you dissolve in water for a fizzy drink.

    My fog has lifted 90%
