The bigger the number of people smarter than me defines how much I like the company.
More is better.

    There was actually an article about this on idg.se (a site collecting Swedish IT news) a while ago. They said: "Once you feel you are the smartest of all, it's time to change job". Wonder how that would work out in practice, if everyone followed that advice?

    Being surrounded by people more intelligent and skilled than me triggers imposter syndrome. But... it's so much better than the reverse. Besides, it's the only way I'll really improve!

    @Ashkin Or perhaps it is the other way around: That imposter syndrome makes you believe that you're surrounded by people more intelligent than you, when in fact you're the most intelligent one?
