** Weekend Arrives **

Mind : Ah finally, I can sleep a little extra and turn alarms off.

Body : Nah fam, we are waking up 7 AM and be fully charged.

    For most humans, it is best to keep the rythm and not break it on weekends.

    @Oktokolo I agree, If u already have a rithm with getting in and out of the bed and waking naturally just before the alarm, then don't break it. once out of balance take time to do it again ;)
