in the programmer's defense, many feedback roll in with intuitive/ambush keywords like:
1) not working (without saying whats not working, or how did they produce the problem)
2) *snapshot of a page which looks normal* - "i got this"
3) i get an error (without mentioning what the error is)
4) cant find the button
and the list goes on... go figure!
Am I the only one, who likes to hate the tester for sending back your code, when I should be greatful for him/her for finding bugs?
