New guy started recently to take over my projects before I return to uni.. he had a few changes to make in one application and I'm reviewing them. He has literally re-written the entire application. -__-

I hate it when people rewrite stuff that works perfectly fine and that is structured in an understandable way only because they would have done it differently. And mostly they complain that they have to do everything themselves.

it's the first application I've done in wpf. So it's not great but it worked as expected, Client needed a few changes on a reasonably short deadline and now on top of his 8+ days of development we need to basically do full test of all functionality. I'm more than happy to improve and learn from him, he's clearly a decent programmer. But to pretty much just walk in and change a good 50-70% of the application makes me wonder why I bothered!
