Did any body ever applied to a job at SO jobs? The conditions looks really good but it looks like they are only for senior dev or sharp profile on some extinct technologie.. did it ever work for any of you guys?

No.. better off finding the actual companies website and going from there. You will never hear back if you go through SO.

I applied for one. 4 weeks later I got a reply from the company saying due to the high response rate I hadn't been successful. I emailed back asking if there was any feedback they could give as to why I wasn't successful, any areas I could improve, etc. Never heard anything again :(
